The KLC Brands Satisfaction Policy
As a highly valued customer, your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase and wish to resolve your issue as quickly as possible, you may click here to resolve your issue.
Because we offer such a diverse line of products, we evaluate each situation on a case-by-case basis. The following are some general policies we follow to resolve the various situations:
Sometimes the item may become damaged in transit. Please let us know what is damaged, in as much detail as possible, so that we can determine the next step.
Incorrect Item Delivery:
Sometimes an incorrect quantity or wrong item number is shipped. Please let us know what you received in as much detail as possible (item number, product name, quantity). Please also let us know if you would like to retrun the incorrect item and have the item you originally purchased sent to you or if you would like to keep the incorrect item and add it on to your original order.
General Dissatisfaction (Missing Part):
Please let us know in as much detail as possible why you are not satisfied with your order and we will try to correct the situation to the best of our ability.
If You Decide to Send the Item Back:
Closed Packages: All unopened products purchased can be retruned within 30 days of your original invoice date provided you have an authorized return (RA) number from our customer support department. After 30 days from Purchase (or loaner machine) Invoice we can no longer issue an RA number. RA numbers expire 15 days after they are issued and cannot be extended or re-issued. All returned products must be 100% complete in original packaging and in resaleable condition. A valid RA number must be written clearly and conspicuously on the shipping label. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused.
Product returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping fees and special handling fees are non-refundable. Orders that are not charged for shipping are subject to original shipping cost of delivery. The refunded amount will be issued to the same of payment originally used for the purchase. For orders placed in error, the cost and responsibility to ship the product back to KLC Brands shall be that of the customers. Return shipping to us is at your own expense. You will be provided a mailing label and the cost of the label (which includes the shipping charges) will be deducted from your refund.
Opened containers: We cannot accept product returns that have been opened and/or used.
Customer's Action Steps to Return Item:
- Get Return Authorization. click here. Shipping the item back withou an RA number will delay or forfeit your refund.
- Ship-To Information: We will give you the ship-to address for your return.
- Boxing the Item: The item you are returning MUST be shipped back in its original box. Please do not write the RA number on the box, doing so will disqualify you from receiving a credit. Write the RA number on the shipping label.
- Shipping the Item: We highly recommend that you ship the item back using UPS. The ability to track your package in transit is vital for you to ensure theat it does not become lost and that it reaches its destination. Unfortunately, if the item never reaches the warehouse, we cannot issue you a credit.
If your product is not functioning properly, please call 513-861-2212 for a service representative or account manager to troubleshoot the issue. In most instances, our highly skilled Technical Support staff can assist you in diagnosing and resolving your product problems. However, in rare instances, a product is defective. In such as case, you will need to obtain an RA number. A mailing label will be provided and KLC Brands will pay for return shipping.
All Return Shipping
Retun shipping is at your own expense unless your products is approved to be returned as a defective item. You will be provided with a mailing label that is valid for 10 days. If you fail to use this label, your RA will no longer be valid and your retrun will no longer be approved. Once product is received you will be refunded in full, less original shipping fees, restocking fees, and return shipping fees. It may take up to 3 weeks for you to receive credit from the date we provide you with the RA number. This time include the 10 days that the label is valid, 3-5 days for transit, and 5-7 days for the warehouse to check in the product.
KLC Brands Inc. will never sell, rent, give away, or loan any information captured on its website regarding our customers, including email addresses, to any third party.
We gather your email address only when you place an order or ask a question. And we will only use it when necessary to contact you about your current order (to send an order confirmation and shipment tracking number), respond to your question or to alert you of specials. You can opt-out of special notifications at any time.
Lastly, please feel confident that your information is safe. All of your personal information is digitally encrypted using an advanced 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) secure server.

Our policy is to ship all orders the following Friday after we receive your order. However, please be aware that some popular items may take up to an additional 7 business days to ship. Our shipping provider is UPS and we ship via UPS Ground or Freight / FOB. Credit card authorization and verification or Invoice PO must be received prior to processing an order for shipment. Alaska and Hawaii customers should contact us for best shipping / freight pricing. No international orders are processed through our website, but please call for availability of non-aerosol products.
